At Canaberasolle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below for information about cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have entered processing and can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or a refund for the purchase price.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available for:

• Returns requested after the 14-day return period.

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

• Items returned without their original packaging where applicable.

• Orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

• Orders that are still in transit and within the stated delivery timeframe.

• Shipping delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier while the package remains within the stated maximum delivery timeframe.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.
